My role as Participation & Growth Manager is to ensure that everybody in Warwickshire and Birmingham has an accessible offer to cricket. To help me do this, I have a team responsible for the growth of specific cricket areas to ensure we are supporting clubs and growing the game in the right way.
Before working in Cricket, I had a background of experience in retail and management; I am no stranger to talking to people.
