Andy is Head of Clubs and Leagues, ensuring that cricket is accessible to everyone across Warwickshire and Birmingham. He leads a team focused on developing key areas within the game, working collaboratively to support clubs and grow cricket in a sustainable and inclusive way.
Andy’s responsibilities include overseeing women’s and girls’ cricket, as well as accessibility, junior, and adult participation. He also manages the CPA agreement, ensuring full compliance with all required standards. Prior to working in cricket, Andy built a strong background in retail and management.
