I assist Ronnie in overseeing ACE Hubs at Handsworth Cricket Club and Edgbaston. I also work in primary and secondary schools and establish Community and Academy Hubs to help players progress from grassroots to elite levels.
I love sport, I have previously competed in athletics, been a member of the GB Bobsleigh Team, and grew up playing pathway cricket at Warwickshire; I am extremely passionate about encouraging women and girl’s to make the most of every sporting opportunity.

The main part of my role is centred around designing effective cricket programmes to increase the number of women’s and girls playing, particularly from African and Caribbean backgrounds.
