I’ve been with the organisation for six years, starting as a club development officer and progressing to my current position as Schools Cricket Development Manager. I oversee all of the Foundation’s cricket delivery in primary and secondary schools in Warwickshire. To help me in this, I have a group of community coaches who deliver cricket programmes every day.
In the summer, I captain Solihull Blossomfield CC 1st XI, having previously played for Knowle and Dorridge CC. During the winter, I enjoy watching Birmingham City play football.
We are working with more schools than ever before to provide children the opportunity to access cricket and develop their skills.
