I’ve been with the organisation for six years, starting as a club development officer and progressing to my current position as Schools Cricket Development Manager. In my day-to-day work, I oversee all of WCF’s cricket delivery in primary and secondary schools in Warwickshire. To help me in this, I have a staff of community coaches who deliver cricket programmes every day.
In the summer, I captain Solihull Blossomfield CC 1st XI, having previously played for Knowle and Dorridge CC. During the winter, I enjoy watching Birmingham City play football.

The merging of the Foundation is fantastic. We are excited to strengthen our connections with the county pathway system in order to identify and give additional opportunities for talented school children to participate in cricket.
