I recently joined the organisation in March 2025 as Schools Cricket Development Manager. I oversee all of the Foundation’s cricket delivery in primary and secondary schools in Warwickshire. To help me in this, I have a group of community coaches who deliver cricket programmes every day.
I joined from Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and the Youth Sport Trust, where I worked as a School Games Organiser, focusing on North Solihull. I have extensive experience in delivering inclusive activities that provide young people with greater access to sport.
I am excited to bring my expertise to Warwickshire Cricket Foundation, looking forward to adding value to the schools programme and helping young people thrive in sport.
With a strong rugby background, I am passionate about building community programmes and supporting the development of young athletes. Outside of work, I coach at Bromsgrove RFC and will once again lead the Midlands Under-20s at this year’s Divisional Festival.
