Chris joined the organisation in March 2025 as Schools Manager, overseeing all cricket delivery within primary and secondary schools across Warwickshire and Birmingham. He is supported by a dedicated team of community coaches who deliver cricket programmes daily.
Prior to this role, Chris worked at Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and the Youth Sport Trust as a School Games Organiser, focusing on North Solihull. He brings extensive experience in delivering inclusive sports activities that increase young people’s access to opportunities
