Warwickshire Cricket Foundation works closely with local communities to provide opportunities to access cricket.

We are constantly striving to reach communities that currently have a very limited sporting offer to promote wellbeing.

As a charity, Warwickshire Cricket Foundation are committed to making a difference to local communities within Warwickshire through the power of sport and physical exercise.

WCF works with local organisations such as Birmingham City Football Club Foundation, Birmingham 2022, and Heart of England Community Foundation to plan, coordinate and run projects to proactively engage generations all communities, and ensure cricket is accessible for all.

 

Cricket is an excellent way to bring together local communities. Our Social Strollers programme relaunched last month, and it’s a fantastic opportunity for the general public to meet new people, interact, and learn about cricket.

Edgbaston provides opportunities for volunteers to get involved in their favourite sport whilst helping the community.

Social Strollers

If you live near the stadium, we run a walking/social group for adults over 50 that you can get involved in.
