Many communities, especially migrant and multicultural groups, bring their own cricketing traditions, styles of play, and celebrations, enriching the local game.
Matches and training sessions create opportunities for friendships, mentoring, and social support beyond the pitch.
It opens doors for young players, including girls and underrepresented groups, to see role models and pathways into higher levels of the game.
