Dean delivers cricket to children in special educational needs settings across primary and secondary schools in Birmingham and Warwickshire. He coaches softball and table cricket in schools and colleges, and leads Super 1s hub sessions to encourage children and young adults to play more regularly outside of school.
Dean has been a member of the Warwickshire Access Team for several years, strengthening his commitment to creating accessible cricket environments where everyone, regardless of ability, can enjoy and benefit from the sport.
