Recreational cricket leagues across Warwickshire and Birmingham have adopted the ECB Recreational Conduct Regulations (RCRs) and ECB General Conduct Regulations (GCRs).

These conduct regulations guide how we manage all disciplinary matters. Below is a list of leagues that have adopted the RCRs and GCRs. Our Warwickshire Cricket Foundation Discipline Team is chaired by Richard Evans, and each league has its own appointed Disciplinary Chair responsible for addressing disciplinary issues in line with the General Conduct Regulations.

If a matter falls outside the remit of the leagues, please refer it to Richard Evans. He will assess the issue and, if required, assemble a panel from the Warwickshire Recreational Cricket Group to review it.

Any cases involving potential breaches of the ECB Anti-Discrimination Code will be directed to our County Safeguarding Officer, Tom Cunningham-Smith, for resolution.

If you have any questions about the GCRs or RCRs, need further information, or wish to make a report, please contact Richard Evans.
