Fidelis joined the Edgbaston Foundation as Interim Director in May 2022 and was appointed Director in September 2022. She has led the organisation through its successful registration as a charity and built strong, lasting relationships with local communities, securing significant support for the Foundation’s work.
In addition to her leadership role, Fidelis oversees and coordinates all charity projects delivered by the Foundation.
