Gabby oversees all women’s and girls’ clubs and supports new clubs in establishing female sections. She plans and coordinates county-wide female playing activities and club development, including indoor leagues, volunteer support, and initiatives to increase female representation on club committees.
More recently, Gabby has taken on responsibility for the Girls Development Centre programme, which attracts around 52 girls per camp and helps bridge the gap between recreational cricket and the Warwickshire pathways.
