I am responsible for engaging with Women and Girls across Warwickshire to spark their interest in cricket by building a network in the community.
I lead a number of community projects that focus on developing a female workforce to enable further women and girls delivery in all communities funded by external partners. Our aim is to offer every female in Warwickshire an opportunity to access cricket and ensure we become the most inclusive county.

Since joining the Warwickshire Cricket Foundation, my position has involved extensive planning for many new Women and Girls’ projects. I’m delighted to see these ventures take off and make a difference in people’s lives with cricket as the driving force.
