I oversee ACE Hubs at Handsworth Cricket Club and Edgbaston. I also work in primary and secondary schools and establish Community and Academy Hubs to help players progress from grassroots to elite levels.
I am an ECB Level 3 coach, a former high-level club player, and have been coaching cricket for almost 30 years. Since 2005, I have worked for WCF in a variety of part-time roles, including coaching and managing various academy age group teams, Chance to Shine Schools and Street Projects.
