Leron oversees the ACE Hubs at Handsworth Cricket Club and Edgbaston, creating opportunities for young players to develop and thrive in the game. He delivers cricket in primary and secondary schools and establishes Community and Academy Hubs to support player progression from grassroots to elite levels.
As an ECB Level 3 coach with nearly 30 years of coaching experience and a background as a high-level club player, Leron brings a deep understanding of player development to his role. Prior to joining the Warwickshire Cricket Foundation full-time, he held various part-time roles with the organisation, including coaching academy age-group teams and delivering Chance to Shine Schools and Street projects.
