Nigel is the Disability Development Officer, responsible for leading and developing access to cricket for individuals with disabilities across Warwickshire. He delivers disability cricket at all levels, including softball and table cricket in schools and colleges, and runs Super 1s hub sessions, programmes funded by the Lord’s Taverners and the ECB to help children and young adults get involved in the game.
