I am the National Programmes Officer, which means I am in charge of all things All Stars and Dynamos! For most of the year, my daily responsibilities involve assisting with the launch of All Stars & Dynamos courses at community cricket clubs, as well as recruiting and training activators. A big portion of my year is spent coordinating with and giving taster sessions in schools to inspire youngsters and encourage them to sign up for summer activities.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing cricket in the summer, hockey in the winter and snooker once or twice a week, both socially and competitively! I also enjoy playing golf (despite my lack of skill) with my friends. In my spare time, I enjoy watching TV and being up to date on all aspects of football, despite the fact that my team, Portsmouth FC, is now only in League 1 (hopefully not for long).

Throughout the year my role also includes helping Rob out with SEN coaching at schools across the county. I enjoy giving children and young people with special needs the opportunity to play softball or table cricket.
