I am responsible for delivering cricket to children in both primary and secondary schools in Birmingham and Warwickshire. I have experience as an assistant coach on the county age group pathway for Warwickshire and Development Centre Cricket.
Growing up I played Warwickshire County age group cricket and more recently now play in the Birmingham Premier League, where I reached my top score of 104*. I enjoy playing football in my spare time and shopping for trainers.
This is a job where you wake up excited for the day and don’t feel like you’re going to work. I’ve always wanted to coach cricket, so having this be my first full-time job is fantastic. I’m looking forward to learning about different coaching theories from my colleagues and integrating them to become a better coach.
