Sam manages Warwickshire’s Coach Development programme, delivering courses, CPD sessions, and bursary support to help coaches develop their skills. He works with local organisations, including universities and community groups, to grow the number of qualified cricket coaches. Sam also focuses on increasing female participation among scorers, umpires, and volunteers, in partnership with the Warwickshire Association of Cricket Officials (WACO).
