For the first time last year, the Warwickshire Cricket Foundation welcomed hundreds of schoolchildren from SEND schools across Warwickshire and Birmingham.
Over 400 children from 26 SEND schools were invited to the stadium to watch Warwickshire’s County Championship match against Hampshire.
The day is part of the Warwickshire Cricket Foundation’s ongoing efforts to inspire the future generations of cricketers, and promote physical and mental health through sport.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for arranging yesterday’s visit. We all really enjoyed the Cricket. The students were loved it, also meeting some of the coaches that have done training sessions with us, and having photo’s with the players too. We look forward to carrying on with our links with Warwickshire Cricket Foundation.
