I am responsible for delivering the Wicketz programme in the West Midlands, which is a cricket initiative for young people aged 8 to 19 living in disadvantaged communities. The Wicketz programme in the West Midlands includes Birmingham, Dudley, Kidderminster, Redditch, and Worcester. My role is to create weekly community cricket hubs to increase participation and remove barriers to participation.
In my spare time, I play cricket for West Bromwich Dartmouth Cricket Club, who won Division 2 in 2023 and will now compete in Division 1 in 2024.

Having previously worked for the Warwickshire Cricket Foundation, returning as Wicketz Development Officer has been both challenging and rewarding. Every week, I provide opportunity for young people to attend free cricket sessions without having to pay for any equipment.
