Super 9s cricket is an entry-level format for players taking part in county-level disability cricket.

Like Super 1s, Super 9s is played with a softball, but it places a greater focus on applying cricketing skills and knowledge in a structured, competitive format. The standard Super 9s game is 30 overs.

We compete in pairs matches against other counties in a festival-style format, travelling across the West Midlands and surrounding counties. In 2023, Warwickshire were crowned regional champions.

How to get involved

Currently, 29 teams across the country compete in regional Super 9s competitions. Each competition concludes with a regional final to determine the winner.

Our Warwickshire Super 9s team trains on Saturday mornings at the Edgbaston Indoor Centre.

Everyone is welcome to join, whether it’s your first time playing cricket or you already play regularly.
