Tom is Warwickshire’s Safeguarding Lead, committed to protecting everyone involved in cricket across Warwickshire and Birmingham. He promotes wellbeing and upholds human rights, ensuring participants are safe from harm, abuse, and neglect.
On a daily basis, Tom manages safeguarding cases reported by county club members and local communities, providing guidance and support to maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
