This includes helping with facility planning, developing coaches, providing safeguarding guidance, and delivering workshops and webinars to upskill club volunteers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"371\" data-end=\"660\">In recent years, we\u2019ve seen exciting growth in cricket across the county, particularly within women\u2019s and girls\u2019 cricket.
