Andy is Head of Clubs and Leagues, ensuring that cricket is accessible to everyone across Warwickshire and Birmingham. He leads a team focused on developing key areas within the game, working collaboratively to support clubs and grow cricket in a sustainable and inclusive way.<\/p>\n

Andy\u2019s responsibilities include overseeing women\u2019s and girls\u2019 cricket, as well as accessibility, junior, and adult participation. He also manages the CPA agreement, ensuring full compliance with all required standards. Prior to working in cricket, Andy built a strong background in retail and management.<\/p>\n
