Simran oversees the Cricket Cities programme, funded by the ECB, which aims to increase participation in cricket across diverse communities. She manages and delivers a range of community cricket initiatives in schools and other settings, including the girls\u2019 glow-in-the-dark cricket programme.<\/p>\n

These projects are designed to make cricket accessible and enjoyable for young people from all backgrounds, helping to grow the game.<\/p>\n
