Esther engages with local neighbours and communities through a variety of projects and events hosted at Edgbaston. She organises activities such as the Social Strollers walking group for over-50s, club events including Eid prayers, Windrush celebrations, and the annual Christmas service, as well as fundraising initiatives.<\/p>\n

She also manages and supports the club\u2019s dedicated volunteers (cricketeers) on match days, ensuring fans have the best possible experience and that Edgbaston remains a welcoming place for all.<\/p>\n
