{"id":8730,"date":"2025-09-26T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-09-26T09:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/edgbaston.com\/foundation\/?p=8730"},"modified":"2025-09-22T12:07:20","modified_gmt":"2025-09-22T11:07:20","slug":"congratulations-to-our-junior-league-winners","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/edgbaston.com\/foundation\/2025\/09\/26\/congratulations-to-our-junior-league-winners\/","title":{"rendered":"Congratulations to our Junior League Winners"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The junior cricket season came to an exciting close last weekend, as the majority of junior league finals were completed.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Clubs from across Warwickshire and Birmingham took part in a huge junior cricket programme run by the Foundation over the summer, culminating in finals during September to reward the teams who performed and worked together the best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whilst the majority of the summer was pretty dry and warm, in the last few weeks a handful of finals were rain affected and will be replayed at the beginning of the 2026 season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But for those who managed to play their finals, congratulations to the clubs and teams below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>U9 Hardball:<\/strong> Rugby Cricket Club<br><strong>U10 Softball:<\/strong> 2026<br><strong>U10 Hardball: <\/strong>Dorridge Cricket Club<br><strong>U11 William George:<\/strong> 2026<br><strong>U11 Premier:<\/strong> Coventry &amp; North Warwickshire Cricket Club<br><strong>U12 League:<\/strong> 2026<br><strong>U13 Pairs:<\/strong> 2026<br><strong>U13 League:<\/strong> Aston Manor Cricket Club<br><strong>U13 Championship:<\/strong> Sheldon Marlborough Cricket Club<br><strong>U13 Premier: <\/strong>Coventry &amp; North Warwickshire Cricket Club<br><strong>U14 Development: <\/strong>2026<br><strong>U14 League:<\/strong> Dorridge Cricket Club<br><strong>U15 League:<\/strong> Knowle &amp; Dorridge Cricket Club<br><strong>U17: <\/strong>2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And also a big thank you to the coaches and volunteers who made every game possible.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The junior cricket season came to an exciting close last weekend, as the majority of junior league finals were completed.
