In close collaboration with Warwickshire County Cricket Club, WCF is dedicated to making cricket accessible to everyone in Warwickshire, and to champion the sport in order to promote positive mental and physical wellbeing. Our initiatives span across adults, boys, girls, and people with disabilities, covering activities in schools, community hubs, and local clubs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Join us at WCF, where we play a central role in fostering an inclusive and thriving cricket community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Joining Our Team<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As our Cricket Employability Senior Officer, you\u2019ll play a vital role in supporting newly qualified coaches as they take their first steps into volunteering and paid work within cricket and the wider sports sector. You\u2019ll design and deliver impactful training, mentor young adults aged 18\u201325, and remove the barriers that prevent them from accessing opportunities all while helping us build a skilled, confident and diverse coaching workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Working closely with colleagues across the Warwickshire Cricket Foundation, schools, clubs and community partners, you\u2019ll guide coach development from every angle: training, placements, progression, evaluation and welfare.
