Can I get a message on the big screen during a game?
Edgbaston do not operate the display of media or control the broadcast of announcements at any major match or ICC event. Fans are encouraged to interact with our large displays, but specific messages and announcements cannot be facilitated by the venue during games and events. Emergency notifications should be relayed to our stewarding team who will endeavor to communicate through the most efficient and effective sources.
What are the size specifications for the big screen?
Our conference and events team can provide you a full file specifications for creating media for our client events. In the event that you need to use our creative services your account manager can arrange for us to help with your production requirements, please be aware that there may be an additional charge in your event invoice for this.
How can I report a fault on the big screen?
To report a potential error with scores, broken fields or areas of black/blank screen please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We appreciate all feedback and correspondence from our customers and fans.
When will my tickets arrive?
Tickets will be sent out at least 2 weeks prior to the match.
When will my Car Park tickets arrive?
Car Parking tickets will arrive separately to your match tickets and they will arrive at least 2 weeks prior to the fixture.
Can alcohol be brought into the ground?
Unfortunately no alcohol is allowed into the ground for Major Match days and domestic Birmingham Bears T20 fixtures. This rule applies to all members and non-members and is a requirement from the International Cricket Council (ICC) and the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB).This policy has been introduced to ensure the safety and comfort of spectators in attendance at Edgbaston Stadium.
Is there an alcohol free, family stand for the major matches?
No, but we do have an alcohol controlled stand, for all 2018 Major Matches at Edgbaston the alcohol controlled stand will be the Drayton Manor Family Stand, blocks 1,2 and 3.
What is a major match?
A Major Match is an England team international fixture or the NatWest T20 Blast Finals Day.

2019 Australia Test Match, ICC Cricket World Cup
How old do you need to be to have a ticket?
Anyone over the age of 2 must have a valid ticket to gain entry to the ground on any Domestic or Major Match Day. Anyone under the age of 2 is free of charge as long as they do not require a seat.
