Q. Your tickets were previously showing in the app but no longer are?

  1. Ensure you are logged in with the correct email address
  2. If not showing, delete the app on your device, re-download and login again

Q. Your ticket hasn’t activated on matchday?

  1. Close and re-open the app, and check your ticket again
  2. Speak to a steward, cricketeer or the ticket office when you arrive at the stadium
