If I am already a ticket buyer for either the original Test match or ODI, what happens next?

21 October 2021

Ticket buyers for the England v South Africa Test match or England v India ODI will have the option to keep their ticket for the same day of the new Test match or IT20 fixture, or they can request a full refund for all tickets in their booking.

Keep your tickets:

Any tickets already purchased will be valid for the new fixture for the same day of the match. So for example, if you’ve purchased Day 1 tickets for South Africa Test, these will change to Day 1 for the India Test on the new date.

To keep your tickets, no action is required and your tickets will automatically update in your online account shortly.

Or request a refund:

Fans who no longer wish to attend the new fixture will be able to claim a refund for their entire order.

We will not be able to offer partial refunds, so all tickets purchased in your order will be cancelled and value refunded.

Your refund will be returned to your original payment method (either payment card or credit).

If you wish to purchase tickets for a different day of the Test match, ticket holders will get an exclusive two-day re-buy window from 10am on Tuesday 9 November. Ticket holders will be sent an email with full details.

Please note, if you wish to re-purchase tickets, prices may rise from your original ticket and all tickets are subject to availability.

If you wish to request a refund, please complete our Refund Form before midnight on Thursday 4 November.

All ticket purchasers will be contacted via email with full details about their tickets and refund options.
