If, for the day for which the ticket is valid, play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less and no result is obtained, then you will be entitled to a refund for the value of your tickets. Refunds will be processed automatically back to the original payment method.
This policy applies to paid-for match tickets only. A refund is not available for complimentary tickets.
Please note, no refunds will be issued on the day of the fixture. Please allow 60 days from receipt of claim for us to process your refund. For refund queries please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All claims for refunds will be paid to the original payment card. If this is no longer valid, your refund will be issued by cheque.
