What accessibility facilities are available for spectators?

6 April 2020

At Edgbaston we pride ourselves on being able to offer world-class facilities that are accessible to everyone.

Around the ground there are a number of wheelchair user areas, which are located within the stands ensuring that fans are still a part of the fantastic Edgbaston atmosphere. The stadium is also accessibility friendly with a host of lifts, ramps and staircases around the ground. Additionally on match days our stewarding team are available to provide assistance and direction for all fans.

If you wish to discuss any particular needs you may have as a visitor please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us on 0121 369 1994 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) or email tickets@edgbaston.com.

We have wheelchair access seating in the West Upper, South Lower and Eric Hollies. There are also a selection of seats on the Skyline and in our two Members areas; the Tom Dollery Lounge and the David Heath Suite.

A limited number of disabled parking spaces are available on-site at Edgbaston Stadium. We encourage anyone seeking to purchase disabled parking to do so as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Disabled parking can be purchased online at tickets.edgbaston.com. For more information or if you have any questions, email tickets@edgbaston.com.
