Yes, you can book with confidence knowing that if your fixture date changes and you can now longer attend, you will be able to claim a refund.
If the date changes and you can no longer attend your fixture, for any reason, you will have the opportunity to claim a refund during a 14-day window. All ticket buyers will be communicated with details via email.
You will be entitled to claim back the value of your tickets. Please note, booking fees are non-refundable.
After this window has closed, you will still have the option to return your tickets and get your money back via our official Ticket Exchange re-sale platform, allowing you to sell your tickets, at face value, for free to other supporters.
If in 2021 the match or your tickets are cancelled due to health and safety reasons, you will again be eligible for a refund for the value of your tickets with our Ticket Refund Guarantee.
