Launch of New Conference and Events Menus

Edgbaston Stadium is delighted to announce that we are launching our brand new Conference and Events menus.

Our Head Chef, Dave Hill and this team have worked hard to design a set of menus which are full of delicious choices, use local produce and are made from fresh, in house.

We understand that your guest’s and delegate’s will have a wide range of dietary requirements so Dave and his team have worked on accommodating all requirements. During the international cricket season, our team of chefs catered for many different cultures and dietary needs, together with Prime Ministers and Ambassadors so we are able to deliver a unique and elegant menu no matter who we are catering for.

From our prime beef burger with a topping selector, a Moroccan offering of lamb or chargrilled halloumi with a selection of themed accompaniments to our homemade pizzas and afternoon tea, each menu has been carefully selected.

The Chefs can also put together a bespoke buffet for you and your guests from our wide range of items on our buffet selector menu.

Our experienced Conference and events team will be with you every step of the way to go over all your menu options to make sure your event is a success at the Stadium, whether it’s a small meeting for 10 people, a conference for 500 people or an awards dinner, here at Edgbaston we can cater for any type of event.
