Former Warwickshire captain and England batter Andy Lloyd is confirmed as speaker at the next Cricket Society meeting, which takes place at Edgbaston at 8pm on Tuesday 21 February.
Lloyd was a massively influential figure at Warwickshire County Cricket Club. Scoring more than 23,000 runs, Lloyd captained the Bears to Lord’s glory in the 1989 NatWest Trophy final, installing the mindset which led to the glories of the mid-1990s.
Warwickshire Members, friends and guests are very welcome to attend but area asked to support the raffle.
