Warwickshire and Premiership Speedway side Birmingham Brummies have agreed a deal giving Members free entry to selected fixtures in 2025.
The partnership grants 1882 Full Club, Bears & England, and Premium Members free entry to all home Speedway league meetings, and the first cup tie, at the Perry Barr stadium.
And the reciprocal arrangement means Brummies fans can attend all Vitality County Championship games at Edgbaston using their speedway membership.
It follows a similar agreement struck between Warwickshire and Birmingham-based rugby league side Midlands Hurricanes last year.
Warwickshire Ticketing & Membership Manager Will Kerr said the reciprocal deal is all part of the Club’s efforts to promote sport in Birmingham.
“There is lots of great sport in Birmingham and across the West Midlands,” he said. “With partnerships like this we’re trying to raise the profile of regional sports clubs and offer our respective members some great deals to watch a range of top class sport.
“Having moved into the Premiership in 2024, Birmingham Brummies are on the up. I’m sure plenty of our Members will be interested in watching the action at Perry Barr. We look forward to working closely with the Brummies in 2025.”
Warwickshire Members will be able to gain free entry to all Brummies meetings at Perry Barr, the first round cup tie, as well as receiving discounts to Challenge Cup and any further Cup meetings.
Steve Rolleston, Marketing Director at Birmingham Brummies Speedway, said: “It’s a pleasure to be partners with Warwickshire CCC and the Birmingham Bears. We look forward to building our relationship throughout 2025 and beyond.”
