Warwickshire County Cricket Club and Edgbaston Stadium are uniting behind the national campaign from mental health charity Mind to #DoOneThing different to support mental health and wellbeing.
With tomorrow, Saturday 10 October, being World Mental Health Day, there has never been a more important time to think about your mental health, with research from Mind highlighting that 60% of adults and over two thirds of young people say that their mental health got worse during lockdown.
To support, Warwickshire CCC and Edgbaston are encouraging the Bears family to do something different from their normal routine as part of #DoOneThing.
Whether that be batting or bowling in the garden, going out for a walk or jog, learning something new such as playing a musical instrument, or taking the first steps to get support for yourself or a family member; take the opportunity to do one thing this World Mental Health Day.
Mind has a set of online resources to get you started.
Members of the Bears family can also share what you are doing on World Mental Health Day by tagging us in @warwickshireccc on Twitter and using the hashtag #DoOneThing.
