Warwickshire County Cricket Club has signed a new partnership with team wear specialists MKK to supply all playing and training kit for its men’s, women’s and development teams.
Unveiled at the recent media day, MKK have designed Warwickshire’s new white playing kit for the Specsavers County Championship and navy Royal London One-Day Cup kit, in addition to the striking yellow Birmingham Bears kit for the NatWest T20 Blast.
Gareth Roberts, Commercial Director at Warwickshire County Cricket Club: “MKK boasts an impressive portfolio in county cricket and the designers have been fantastic in creating unique playing kits for Warwickshire and Birmingham Bears, with the latter including our new roaring bear crest.
“As a Club we have plans to provide an even wider range of replica kit and merchandise for both Warwickshire and Birmingham Bears. MKK share our ambitions and the 2016 range will be available at the new Edgbaston Sports Shop in the coming days.”
As part of the activation, MKK will receive perimeter branding Edgbaston Stadium, tickets and hospitality packages at international matches, whilst all replica shirts, training kit and leisurewear will be sold through the Edgbaston Sports Shop.
“We’re thrilled to not only be the official kit supplier for Warwickshire CCC but also their partner in helping to grow the game and build even stronger relationships with cricket clubs in the region” said Gordon Lee, CEO of Newbery MKK.”
