Berkswell will be crowned Birmingham Premier Division if they defeat Wolverhampton on Saturday.
Berkswell will be crowned Birmingham League Premier Division champions for the second time in three years (Saturday), as long as they beat already relegated Wolverhampton at Meeting House Lane.
The side, who are captained by Warwickshire favourite Dominic Ostler, defeated Knowle and Dorridge last week to secure top spot with one game remaining.
The Station Road outfit had a 12 point lead but a devastating bowling spell from Tom Milnes, another former Bear, helped secure a 94 run victory, via the DLS scoring method after initially being dismissed for 158 to move them four points ahead.
Knowle and Dorridge, 2017 champions, will be praying that the 2016 champions slip up, while they defeat local rivals Dorridge at the John Woolman Ground, who also face an uncertain finale.
Tenth placed Dorridge will have one eye on Kenilworth Wardens vs Ombersley, who sit ninth and eleventh placed respectively.
Ombersley were deducted 20 points following their 121-run victory at Moseley last Saturday for fielding an ineligible player and they must win at Kenilworth and hope that Knowle and Dorridge secure victory to stay up.
However, if Kenilworth win Dorridge will survive, leaving Ombersley to join Wolverhampton in the First Division.
Elsewhere, third-placed West Bromwich Dartmouth host Moseley, fourth-placed Smethwick entertain Shrewsbury and Barnt Green travel to Walsall.
We’d like to wish all the teams in Warwickshire and the West Midlands who are playing their final games of the season good luck.
