It’s a new year and we’re looking forward to this season in the NatWest T20 Blast, with plans already in motion to make this a great year for the Bears. With Ashley Giles and Jim Troughton setting their vision for the next era of Bears cricket, we are set for an exciting year at Edgbaston.
We’re delighted to announce that individual match tickets will be available to purchase on Wednesday March 1. However, season tickets are the best value option for cheering on the Bears in 2017 at just £77 for all 7 home games and are available now.
This year the season is slightly different. Here’s what you can expect…
New For 2017:
- The season is shorter at 57 days compared to 92 last year
- The opening day of the NatWest T20 Blast is on July 7th (with July 8th being our first home game)
- Finals day is set in September for the first time ever, but it is of course still hosted at Edgbaston
- Our home season opener is the first time Edgbaston has ever had a Saturday night T20 match
