From Ian Bell and Chris Woakes to Rob Yates and Dan Mousley, Warwickshire County Cricket Club is proud of its production line of homegrown talent.
Ahead of this weekend’s start to the Birmingham & District Premier Cricket League and the Warwickshire Cricket League, the Club with partners Complete Cricket is asking Bears fans to select the best homegrown XI of recent years.
The challenge is a celebration of not just the talented players that have come through the system at Edgbaston, but also the vital and much-valued grounding they received at our brilliant local clubs all around the region.
Alongside Complete Cricket, we have drawn up a comprehensive list of home-grown players to have played for the Bears’ first team since 2000 and noted their very first club. Now it’s over to you to select the Best Homegrown Bears XI of recent years.
