Following today’s start of the national lockdown across the country, Warwickshire County Cricket Club and Edgbaston Stadium have confirmed the following guidelines for its different areas of the business between Thursday 5 November and Wednesday 2 December.

Membership & Ticket Office

The Membership & Ticket Office and Store ’94 at Edgbaston Stadium will be closed throughout this four-week period.

If you wish to renew or purchase Membership for 2021, you can still do so online at or over the phone by calling 0121 369 1994 (option 1).

Major Match tickets are due to go on sale soon once we’ve received confirmation of on-sale dates from the ECB.

Store ’94

Members and supporters can continue to order retail items from Store ’94 online during this period. Staff will be present to dispatch orders and please allow between five to seven days for delivery.

Edgbaston Events

Edgbaston Events will re-open for new and existing conference or event bookings, as per the latest Government guidance, from Wednesday 2 December.

A calendar of COVID-secure events for December and the New Year will be announced in due course.

Edgbaston Cricket Centre

We have been in contact with all clients who have bookings at the Edgbaston Cricket Centre and are again providing an option to postpone the booking to a date later in the year.

Stadium Operations

Our security and maintenance teams will continue to be on-site at Edgbaston throughout the public closure to ensure that the venue can make a prompt return to daily operations as and when it is safe to do so.
