Warwickshire County Cricket Club is looking for somebody from any walk of life with experience of developing people and driving cultural change to join the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

As one of the most successful domestic clubs in world cricket, Warwickshire CCC has long been a leading name in English sport. Edgbaston Stadium is also renowned globally as having one of the best atmospheres in world cricket, regularly hosting international fixtures and major domestic finals.  But that’s not enough, we also want to be one of the most progressive sports clubs in the world when it comes to driving social change and improving the lives of those within the communities that we serve.

To do this we need a diverse, engaged, experienced and energised Board that can bring views from all works of life to the Board Room table.  We are particularly looking for somebody with professional experience in people leadership, culture and human resources.

You don’t need to love cricket, but you do need to have a passion for bringing diversity of thought and experience to the Board Room and a collegiate approach to working with other like-minded Directors in order to bring the Club’s strategy to life.
