The Club has created exciting new roles and is recruiting across various departments which means there is a range of opportunities to join the team at Edgbaston.

“Two of the jobs – the Bar Manager and Sous Chef positions – are newly-created roles to support our successful, expanding hospitality and events business.

The Club has created a new Head of People & Culture role to help further enhance the positive working environment at Edgbaston and drive our culture and values.
You don’t need to have worked in a sports setting: we’re looking for an experienced HR professional who’s passionate about people.
We’re also looking for someone to provide a minimum of nine months’ maternity cover for our Head of Governance.
The role delivers governance processes and administration support to the Board, sub-committees and senior management team.
The successful candidate will also drive forward our award winning Edgbaston for Everyone pledge and the Club’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Action Plan.
