We are delighted to have secured some of the biggest matches in the international cricket schedule due to be played at Edgbaston throughout 2017-2019. Edgbaston has always been known for its innovation and was the first venue to host a floodlit match in 1997 when Warwickshire took on Somerset. We are now thrilled to be hosting the UK’s first ever day/night Investec Test Match this summer when Joe Root and England take on the flamboyant West Indies side on Thursday 17 August, and you can be part of the action in our premium hospitality suites.
We only have 120 places in our hospitality suites left for Day 1 and 190 places for Day 2 which we expect will sell over the next few weeks.
Alongside the development of the facilities, the Club has also invested heavily in improving the hospitality experience at Edgbaston and this has seen year on year improvement in customer feedback, enabling Edgbaston to establish itself as the leading cricket hospitality venue in the country. This has been reflected in the Test Match hospitality sales as the demand for hospitality has been huge for this historic occasion.
Hospitality for Day 1 (Thursday 17 August) and Day 2 (Friday 18 August) is now sold-out in Warwickshire Suite, 1882 Suite, Executive Boxes, all Aylesford Boxes, RES Wyatt Suite, Wyatt Suite, Marstons Suite and Old Players Dining Room. We only have 120 places left for Day 1 and 190 places for Day 2 which are in our Experience Club.
