Record crowds and the biggest games. It's 2024 and the countdown to the new season is on.

Edgbaston will host another packed summer of international and domestic cricket this summer as some of the biggest stars in the game return to Birmingham to compete at our world-famous stadium.

And tickets have been going at record pace with the first three days of our Men’s Test between England and West Indies already sold out – the first time this has ever happened before Christmas for a non-Ashes fixture.

Other days are also sold out including the Men’s IT20 against Pakistan in May and the popular Vitality Blast Finals Day, which will return for a 16th time to the venue in September.

There’s lots to look forward to…

England v Pakistan, Women’s IT20 – 11 May

In 2023, Edgbaston hosted its first ever Women’s Ashes fixture as almost 20,000 fans enjoyed the first IT20 of last summer’s series. And England Women will be back in Birmingham this year for an IT20 against an in-form Pakistan side.

Taking place on Saturday 11 May, the match will kick-off the international summer in the UK and another capacity crowd is expected with over 8,500 tickets already sold.

Fans can expect plenty of family fun and entertainment on and off-the-filed, while our women’s international last year achieved a 9.0 experience score (out of 10), so it’s not to be missed.

Early Bird tickets are available now from only £15 for adults and under 16s £5, and can be purchase online here.

England v West Indies, Men’s Test – 26-30 July

Ben Stokes’ record-breaking Test side, which has taken world cricket by storm over the last two years, will welcome West Indies to Edgbston for the final Men’s Test of the three-match series in July.

The Men in Maroon visit the city for the first time since 2017, but will face a stern test against an England side looking to return to winning ways at the venue after narrowly losing last summer’s thrilling opening Ashes Test on the final day.

Interest in this fixture has been high and general admission tickets for the first three days have already sold out.

Early Bird tickets are still available for Day Four from only £25. Over 9,000 have been sold so far, so you don’t want to miss out on the final chance to get Test Match tickets for 2024.

Vitality Blast Off – 1 June

Vitality Blast is back in 2024 and the Bears will host another packed summer of T20 cricket in June and July – and it all starts with Blast Off.

Following the success of last season’s inaugural event, the day returns for a second year on Saturday 1 June with two big Midlands rivalry games as Derbyshire Falcons host Leicestershire Foxes (2.30pm) before the Bears take on Notts Outlaws (6.30pm).

Over 14,000 fans joined us in 2023 and this summer is set to be even bigger.

Tickets are now on sale at our Super Early Bird prices, from only £27, and gives you access to both games plus a day of entertainment including live music and more. Buy online here.

England v Pakistan, Men’s IT20 – 25 May

Pakistan Men are also in action at Edgbaston this summer for a sold out IT20 against England on Saturday 25 May, a re-run of the 2022 T20 World Cup Final.

Babar Azam, Jos Buttler, Shaheen Afridi, Ben Stokes are just some of the superstars who could be in action for this huge fixture in Birmingham and all general admission tickets have already gone.

Hospitality and Premium Tickets are still available but these are also selling fast, so don’t miss out and make sure you secure your seat soon.

Vitality Blast Finals Day – 14 September

As part of Super September, the summer concludes with the biggest day in domestic cricket with Vitality Blast Finals Day and it is once again a sell out.

25,000 fans will pack Edgbaston as the domestic T20 competition reaches its crescendo and the 2024 champion will be crowned. All general admission tickets have sold out, but Hospitality and Premium Tickets are still available.

Last year we saw Somerset lift the trophy. Can the Bears reach Finals Day for the first time since 2017 or will we get a new name on the title?
