TICKET COLLECTIONS
Spectators who have not received their tickets can collect from the Edgbaston Indoor Centre, which is located by the Pershore Road Entrance to the ground.
BUY TICKETS
Tickets can be purchased in advance, priced from £31 for adults and from £6 for under 16s by clicking here or calling the Ticket Hotline on 0844 847 1902. Select Print at Home to save any queues for collection on the day.
Tickets will also be on-sale on the day from the sales booths in the main car park.
REFUND POLICY
For days 1 to 4 of the Investec Test Match: If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being: (a) 10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match – a full refund; (b) 10.1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match – a 50% refund. In no other circumstances can money be refunded.
For Day 5 tickets, a full refund may be claimed only if there is no play because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match.

TRAVEL
Shuttle Buses
National Express West Midlands is the official shuttle bus provider to Warwickshire County Cricket Club and is running regular buses to Edgbaston throughout the Investec Test Match.
Shuttle buses will depart from Smallbrook Queensway close to the Bullring link and convenient for users of both New Street and Moor Street.

CAR PARKING
The streets around the stadium are all residential and as such they are subject to stringent parking restrictions on Major Match Days.
Car parking can be purchased off-site on the day at Priory School (PURPLE – B15 2UR) priced at £15 per vehicle.
Please note that car parking on-site at Edgbaston (GREEN), at the off-site at the Cannon Hill Park Red Grar (RED) and at the off-site Edgbaston Nature Centre car park (ORANGE) is completely sold out. No vehicles will be allowed in to these three cars parks on the day without a pre-purchased pass.

From M6: Leave at Junction 6, follow signs for A38(M) City Centre and then “A38 South West” through Queensway Tunnel, turn left at 1st set of traffic lights and then right at the roundabout onto the A441 (Pershore Road). Turn left on to Edgbaston Road at the cross roads.
From Redditch: A441 through Kings Norton, Cotteridge and Stirchley. Turn right at Edgbaston Road (B4217) traffic lights, the ground are situated on your left.
From Wolverhampton: A4123 and A456 (Hagley Road) to Five Ways island. Follow signs to Moseley and Edgbaston along the A450 until joining Pershore Road (A441). Turn left onto Edgbaston Road at the cross roads (B4217) and again into the Main Entrance.
From M40: Join M42 (M42 west and M5), leaving at Junction 3. Follow A435 towards Birmingham, through Kings Heath and turn left onto Salisbury Road (B4217), which become Edgbaston Road. Turn right into the Edgbaston Main Entrance.
From Solihull-Stratford: Leave Stratford Road (A34) at College Road (B4217) which becomes Wake Green Road, Salisbury Road and finally Edgbaston Road. Turn right into Edgbaston’s Main Entrance.
From Worcester/BromsgroveA38: or M5 (leave at Junction 4) through Northfield and Selly Oak, turning right at Priory Road traffic lights onto Edgbaston Road (B4217). Edgbaston is situated on your left after crossing the next set of traffic lights.

Spectators in the Eric Hollies Stand and the Lower Tier of the South Stand will also be able to capture their emotions of England v Pakistan in the Investec Test Match thanks to Snaptivity.

At the Investec Test Match you can expect to see many food outlets, including a Hog Roast, BBQ, Traditional Fish & Chips and our Noodle Bar all supplied in partnership with Fordhall Farm. We are also launching the Edgbaston Market and Edgbaston Garden. Click here for further information.
All draught beer that is purchased from the public bars and kiosks will be served in an e cup that will replace the disposable cups. Each e cup is subject to an initial £1 deposit, which is refunded at the end of the day when returned to the designated Return Points. Click here for further info.

A smiling band of volunteers will be on hand throughout the day to assist, direct and generally ensure you have a great time at Edgbaston.

FIRST AID
If you require any medical attention please alert the nearest steward who can then summon help. The First Aid point on the ground located between the West Stand and Drayton Manor Family (Priory) Stand.
PRAYER ROOM
Edgbaston has a prayer room, which is accessible throughout play, located on the first floor of the Motorpoint Stand by the entrance to the Visitor & Learning Centre.
