Joining our Team

Are you ready to take your coaching career to the next level? We are seeking a passionate and driven Academy Manager to join our dynamic team at Edgbaston Stadium.  As the Academy Manager, Women’s Cricket, you will spearhead the identification, mentoring, and coaching of players within the WCCC Academy, with the goal of nurturing high-potential talent for the Bears 1st XI and the England team. You will work collaboratively with all Tier 2 and Tier 3 West Midlands county partners to ensure a smooth transition for players into the Bears Academy, establishing it as the premier choice for aspiring female cricketers across the region.

This full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum.  If you hold an ECB Level 3 coaching qualification (or equivalent) and are passionate about developing young athletes, we want to hear from you!
