About the Role
The Chair of the Board plays a pivotal role in guiding Warwickshire Cricket through a period of growth, transformation, and opportunity. From championing men’s and women’s cricket to overseeing the next phase of Edgbaston Stadium’s development, the Chair will help shape the future of our Club on and off the field.
You will lead a committed and diverse Board, ensuring strong governance, strategic clarity, and a culture that reflects our core values of Passion, Respect, Innovation, Diversity, and Excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the Board and key committees, including Cricket and Nominations
- Oversee strategy, performance, governance, and organisational culture
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and values-driven leadership
- Represent the Club locally, nationally, and internationally
- Support and mentor the CEO and senior leaders
