The role

Are you passionate about community engagement and skilled in programme management? We’re seeking an expert leader to oversee strategic development, manage outreach projects, and build partnerships. Bring your expertise in people management and innovative programme design to make a real impact in our community. Apply now and lead our team in transforming lives through sports outreach.

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving our community engagement initiatives, fostering inclusivity, and coordinating a team of permanent and sessional coaches to achieve our growth objectives. Working closely with all team managers, you’ll develop and implement our community strategy, manage various programmes, and ensure effective budget management.

Additionally, you’ll promote WCF, cultivate key stakeholder relationships, and identify new opportunities for outreach. If you’re enthusiastic, innovative, and driven, with a genuine love for cricket and sports, and have experience in community engagement and a natural ease to network, we want to hear from you!

About Us

Welcome to Warwickshire Cricket Foundation (WCF), the driving force behind all recreational (non-professional) cricket in the county. In close collaboration with Warwickshire County Cricket Club, WCF is dedicated to making cricket accessible to everyone in Warwickshire, and to champion the sport in order to promote positive mental and physical wellbeing.
